You easy can run large alliance infrastructures with a handful of ppl. 1 - We need mobile Cyno-Scramblers that work also in Empire low sec. This will a) increase the losses to pirates and make it possible that smaller group/alliance can disturb the logistic of larger alliances. And b) it will increase the need for escorts for the transports = more pvp 2 - Jumpbrigde must be able to hacked and turn offline for a while via covert ops/blackops (fe. codebreaker) 3 - Decrease the need of R64 by 50% and increase the need of low moon material in the production. This will balance the marketprice and income of the alliances. justmy2cents
